Welcome, Beautiful Sister

I'm Deahna (pronounced De-ah-na), a womb space facilitator and guide devoted to supporting women in coming home to themselves.

(My name means "Moon Goddess", reflecting the cyclical, intuitive nature of this work)
I am a certified Womb Hara Massage with the Institute of Feminine Arts. I am also trained in Taoist Tantrc Arts and Yin Yoga practices, alongside Inner Child Healing and Trauma-Informed Therapy.
I hold women in a loving, nurturing and grounded space to explore, soften and reconnect with their innate feminine wisdom.
My work supports you to return to your body, your heart and your natural radiance from within.

My work is also influenced by my Greek heritage, with ancestral roots in Olympia, where connection to the body, ritual and feminine wisdom has been honored through generations.

There is a living thread of renewal and transformation within this lineage, reflected in sacred traditions that honour the cycles of life, death and rebirth.
This connection to the Sophia lineage, the wisdom of the feminine, continues to live through the way I hold space, honouring the body as sacred, cyclical and deeply intuitive.
My Story
There was a time in my life where I felt disconnected from my body, my emotions, and the deeper wisdom within me. Like many women, I had learned to override, to push through and to live more from the mind than from the body.
Through my own healing journey, I began to reconnect with myself in a more gentle and embodied way. I was drawn into practices that invited me to slow down, to soften, and to listen, not just to my thoughts but to my body, my heart and my womb.
My journey began with yin yoga and belly dancing, and gradually unfolded into tantra, Taoist practices, and womb hara massage.

Alongside this, I was immersed in inner child healing and trauma- informed work and I began to recognise how deeply these paths meet.
What I discovered was that the body and inner world are not separate, but intimately connected and that true healing lives in the integration of both.

Through this, I began to experience a deeper alignment with myself, a coming into sacred union between my body, heart and soul.

And from this place, the same harmony began to reflect in my outer worild, in the way I relate, love and live.
As I returned to my body through these practices, I experienced profound shifts, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, including releasing over 40kg, not through force, but through reconnection.
What I discovered was not something outside of me, but a remembering of what had always been there, a deep, innate feminine wisdom.
There is also a thread of my Greek heritage woven through this journey, with ancestral roots in Olympia, where connection to the body, ritual, and feminine wisdom has been deeply held through generations.

This connection to the Sophia lineage, the wisdom of the feminine, continues to live through the way I hold space, honouring the body as sacred, cyclical and deeply intuitive.
For the past five years, I have held space for women to come home to themselves, to soften, to feel safe in their bodies and to reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within them.

This work found me and now I offer it with devotion.

If you feel called, you are warmly invited to connect.

With Love,
Deahna
